This is a system which we use to out call the telecom customers who have a service request brought up to confirm if the issue that they were facing was resolved. If the issue was not resolved, we forwarded the call with the necessary department to get the complain resolved.

Welcome calling on new connections:
Annvika also facilitates welcome calling on new connections and provide the customer with the particulars mentioned in the agreement. The welcome calling usually includes informing the customer about the due dates, providing him with the customer service numbers where he is able to contact us and resolving any other issues that the customer brings up on the call.
